GLAMOUR AND ESTÉE LAUDER INSPIRE WOMEN EVERYWHERE TO FIND THEIR #BESTANGLE WITH NEW SOCIAL MEDIA CONTEST

NEW YORK CITY, July 20, 2015: In today’s world, the pressure to look picture perfect on social media is a daily challenge, but starting todayGlamour and Estée Lauder are inspiring women everywhere to always feel “post-worthy.” Introducing the #BestAngle social media contest.

Glamour’s digitally savvy and beauty-obsessed audience is always looking for new ways to look and feel their best on social media,” says Connie Anne Phillips, Glamour’s Chief Revenue Officer and Publisher. “Estée Lauder is a fabulous partner to ensure the Glamour audience experiences a whole new angle on beauty.”

The nationwide contest encourages women to find their #BestAngle using Estée Lauder’s New Dimension Transformative Beauty Collection. Women can upload photos of their #BestAngle onglamourbestangle.com, Instagram, as well as at Estée Lauder counters nationwide. Four winners will be selected to win a trip to New York City and participate in a professional photo shoot that will be featured in the pages of Glamour.

Glamour and Estée Lauder are also hosting events in three cities across the country to give women the opportunity to meet with the #BestAngle experts in person, experience the Estée Lauder New Dimension Transformative Beauty Collection, and enter the contest. The #BestAngle experts include Mara Ferreira from M Loves M, Krystal Bick from This Time Tomorrow, and Amy Havins from Dallas Wardrobe. The events will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2015, at the following locations and times:

  • New York: Macy’s at Roosevelt Field, 2 – 4 p.m.
  • Los Angeles: Macy’s at South Coast Plaza, 1 – 3 p.m.
  • Houston: Macy’s at The Galleria, 1 – 3 p.m.

The #BestAngle contest

There are two ways to enter the #BestAngle contest now through September 4, 2015:

 

Women are invited to upload a photo of their #BestAngle toglamourbestangle.com or post to Instagram using #BestAngle and #GlamourContest.

  • Experience #BestAngle in person:

Women can visit any Estée Lauder counter to try the New Dimension Transformative Beauty Collection. The Estée Lauder Beauty Advisors will show them how, in just two weeks, they’ll see more defined looking contours and see a transformation.
